Further, the specimens are vertically rotated with the assistance of an electric motor. The worm reduction gearbox is placed below the tank. Our apparatus is widely used for the water absorption and water penetration of the textile fabrics. The nozzles of the apparatus are fitted on the aluminum blocks that are connected to a close piping system. Further, to regulate and pressure in the pipeline, the apparatus is equipped with a control valve and a pressure gauge. A guard is also provided to contain the splash emitted.
Beaker Dyeing Machines are double walled stainless steel tank. Both the inside and outside tanks are manufactured using SS 304 grade sheet and jars are made using SS 304 grade. The machines offered by us are extensively used for high temperature dying of fabric and yarns. These machines are equipped with motor and assembly that facilitate to and fro movement to the SS rods on which yarn or fabric samples are tied. Further, these machines are used for sample dyeing at a maximum temperature of 98°C.

The Asian Smoke Visibility Tester For Fabric Testing made of a plywood chamber inner side painted by heat proof paint the ceiling of the chamber have a hole which permit to hold light meter cell while testing. There is a hole in the bottom of the chamber, which is aligning to the ceiling hole. There is a clear glass bulb fitted to the bottom hole. Left-hand side of the chamber has a hole, an exhaust fan fitted to the left hand side hole. Right hand side have hole which permit to flow air at the time of the exhaust of the smoke to the chamber. The front of the chamber has a hinged door, which have a clear glass window on the door. There are shutters on the left hand side and the right hand side hole of the chamber. The lux of the bulb control with the help of an electronics regulator fitted in the panel of the instrument. The ceiling hole and the front glass window covered with the black curtain.

Martindale Abrasion Cum Pilling Testers are used for determining the abrasion and pilling of the fabrics. These comprise four testing plates on which the abrading fabrics are attached. The four testing tables are mounted on the base plate of the instrument. Further, the tester has a revolving plate, which revolves with the assistance of three cranks, pegs and motor. Four sleeves are attached to the revolving plate. We also provide the sample holders for abrasion & pilling testing with the instrument. Furthermore, we offer the standard accessory including templates for cutting the samples & abrading fabric and their mallet.
Conditioning Chambers we offer is cubical in shape and is used for determining the standard temperature & humidity of product in various environment conditions. We use stainless steel in manufacturing the inner body of these chambers. Further, the chamber has a stainless steel water tank at the bottom and an immersed heater is fitted to the tank for making humidity. Two wire mesh trays are also fitted with the chamber. These trays are removable and hold the specimen. Furthermore, the instrument has a hinged door at front side having a glass window. To avoid corrosion and enhance the life of the chamber, it is manufactured using mild steel, which is duly powder coated. The chamber also has a control panel fitted with digital humidity controller, digital temperature and switches for cooling, heating, humidity and mains. The cooling process is done by compressor and heating is carried out by the heaters. These temperature and humidity sensor are fitted within the chamber.
Air Permeability Testers are manufactured using premium grade raw material, which is sourced from renowned vendors of the market. Available in digital as well as analogue models, these testers are used in textile industry for air permeability testing of the fabrics. The system comprises an arrangement for holding the test specimens between two flat faces in order to expose a known area to the flow of air. Further, to measure the volume of air which is flowing via the test specimen, there is a special arrangement. The system also has a separate arrangement to measure the pressure drop between the faces of the test specimen. Test specimen is held between two round-shaped grips that are lined with rubber gaskets so as to prevent leakage of air through the edges. The system is metallic painted and bright chrome plating finish to avoid corrosion.
