The “ASIAN” Tensile Testing Machine provide a relatively inexpensive way for determining the tensile strength and elongation of variety of raw materials such as rubber, leather, fabric, plastics, Belts, wires etcetera. They are based on constant rate of traverse principle in which one end of the test specimen is held in a stationary grip, while the other end is made to move at a known fixed speed with the help of motor, gearbox and screw arrangement. The load exerted on the stationary grip is sensed by a load cell and indicated by a digital load indicator. The controller is microprocessor based and has the facility of over load protection, peak hold and auto calibration. The load directly indicated in kilograms or Newton.

The elongation of the test specimen is measured on a digital indicator fixed on the frame of the tester, which indicates the distance between the grips.

Changing the belt in one or more sets of V pulley can change the speed of traverse of the lower grip. Different model have speeds suitable for testing different materials. An arrangement for moving the lower grip manually is also provided.

The frame of the tester fabricated from heavy mild steel sections to give the required rigidity and strength. Various built in safety arrangements such as over travel protection are provided.

The Digital Thickness Gauge for paper consists of a dial micrometer (or digital micrometer) fitted on a rigid metallic frame .the micrometer has a flat circular indenter, Which exerts the specified pressure on the paper sample whose thickness is being measured through a dead weight .the paper sample is kept on an anvil, which is in from of a flat circular platform. The axis of the indenter and the anvil coincide and is the same as the axis of movement of the indenter. The indenter can be raised and lowered gently onto the paper sample with the help of a lifting lever.

Bundesmann Apparatus offered by us is manufactured using superior grade stainless steel and advanced machines. The range comprises a steel structure, which rotates the specimen at a predefined speed. Further, the specimens are vertically rotated with the assistance of an electric motor. The worm reduction gearbox is placed below the tank. Our apparatus is widely used for the water absorption and water penetration of the textile fabrics. The nozzles of the apparatus are fitted on the aluminum blocks that are connected to a close piping system. Light Fastness Tester is used for determining the Colour Fastness of textiles using on artificial light source.

PRINCIPLE:

A test specimen of the textile together with Blue Wool Standard is exposed under prescribed conditions to the light from an artificial light source. The colour fastness of the specimen is assessed by comparing its performance with that of blue wool fastness standards.

The “ASIAN” Humidity Chamber made of cubical shape, the inner body of the chamber made of Stainless Steel, there is a Stainless Steel water tank provided with the instrument, which is connected to the main instrument by a pipe provided with the instrument. At the bottom of the chamber, there is boiler is fitted for making Humidity. There are two wire mesh tray are also fitted to the chamber, the tray are removable, the test specimen are hold by the trays. There is a hinged door on the front of the instrument; a glass window is fitted to the hinged door.

Beaker Dyeing Machines are double walled stainless steel tank. Both the inside and outside tanks are manufactured using SS 304 grade sheet and jars are made using SS 304 grade. The machines offered by us are extensively used for high temperature dying of fabric and yarns. These machines are equipped with motor and assembly that facilitate to and fro movement to the SS rods on which yarn or fabric samples are tied. Further, these machines are used for sample dyeing at a maximum temperature of 98°C.

The HTHP Beaker Dyeing Machines made of the double wall stainless steel tank in which the rotor is mounted. The rotor is supported by two wall bearings the rotor have different holes for the mounting of beakers. The rotor rotates with the help of the gearbox and motor. The timer controls the rotation time of the rotor. The stainless steel tank is leakage free. During test the tank filled with the glycerin and the heaters are mounted in the tank for giving the desired temperature.

The temperature is indicated and control with the help of the digital temperature indicator cum controller. All sides of the tank insulated with the help of the glass wool. There are the valves are mounted one for drain and the other for over flow of the glycerin in the tank. Twelve beakers, a spanner and one holding device also provided with the instrument as a standard accessories.
