Martindale Abrasion Cum Pilling Testers are used for determining the abrasion and pilling of the fabrics. These comprise four testing plates on which the abrading fabrics are attached. The four testing tables are mounted on the base plate of the instrument. Further, the tester has a revolving plate, which revolves with the assistance of three cranks, pegs and motor. Four sleeves are attached to the revolving plate. We also provide the sample holders for abrasion & pilling testing with the instrument. Launder O Meter offered by us comprise a digitally controlled, electrically heated double walled water bath. We use Al stainless steel in manufacturing the inside walls of the bath. Further, the outer walls are manufactured using mild CRCA sheet, which is duly enameled. The heater is used in order to heat the bath. This has a temperature controller device which is controls the temperature of water inside the bath. The temperature is displayed on a digital indicator. During test, the specimens and test solution are kept in stainless steel jars. Furthermore, the jars have rubber seals for avoiding water leakage.
